This is a special little rooster of Blue Ridge Georgia. The story goes that a shop owner of Blue Ridge, took his rooster Buddy to town. The rooster enjoyed the park in the middle of town making friends with many of the residents as well as visitors. Before long he was well known, and when I came to town to display some of my original paintings at a shop, I painted Buddy while patrons came to the opening on canvas in acrylics and later painted this watercolor version of him.
